Recent Press Release

Heart to Heart Africa was featured in the Midland Mirror, in the May 3rd edition on page 25!  Reporter Nicole Million interviewed Leslie Nimeth, Michelle Foote, and Josie Kvas-Jemec, members of the Penetang/Midland Heart to Heart Africa group.  Nicole did a great job summarizing the things the Midland/Penetang group has done to date, and discussing the upcoming fundraisers.

We are very excited about the fundraiser this weekend at the Explorer’s Cafe in Midland (Sunday, May 6, 2012).  The traditional Tanzanian 3 course meal will be prepared by Rob and Jen’s team, who always put a delicious, memorable meal on the table.  Local musicians Heath Canyon and Kristy Freund will be providing entertainment.  A silent auction and arts/crafts and jewellery sales will be going on throughout the night, with many donations from local businesses and individuals.

Please call Leslie (705-549-0153) or Michelle (705-549-0153) for more information on this exciting event.
